Biography
Marcus spent nine years as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan before moving to the defense. He represents individuals and executives in state and federal investigations, trials and appeals.
He is a frequent lecturer on grand jury practice and a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
